But, here I am. I only wish I would have written this sooner, as to fully capture my enthusiasm about it. Yes, you did read that correctly.
I LOVED it. Absolutely loved it. It was quite the adrenaline rush. Again, I can't find the correct words to describe it. It was bizarre. But interesting. Suspenseful. Scary. Weird. Exciting. Emotional.
I don't know what else to add, but if a film can make you feel that many emotions, I would say it's a good start.
I went to the movie because of this guy and I'll be honest in saying that is really the ONLY reason I went. That, and I think Tom Hardy is nice to look at. But even that would not have been enough to get me there on a normal day.
This is by no means a professional review about the movie plot, the creation, the characters, the…anything. It's just for people who are like me.. who would never think to watch a movie like this. I have never seen the original Mad Max movies so I had literally no idea what to expect.
Oh, and the music is amazing. I looked up the soundtrack and apparently it is by Junkie XL. Again, not familiar but… impressed.
Anyways, I hope this movie is still out. If it's not, you should rent it. Or buy it.
